        The IFT 2025, organised by the Institute of Food Technologists was grandly held at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL USA. It is the largest and most prestigious international professional exhibition and industry event on food additives, food ingredients and technology in the Americas. It gathers the latest situation of the global scientific and technological achievements of the food industry into products, reflects the direction and dynamics of the development of the food industry, and represents the development trend of the world's food science and technology industry. The IFT 2025 attracted nearly 1,200 global suppliers and more than 17,000 visitors.
